Biomass pellet fuel uses waste as raw materials, is made into various shapes (such as blocks, pellets, etc.) through processes such as crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying. Biomass pellet fuel is mostly processed from stem crops, peanut shells, bark, sawdust, and solid waste (furfural residue, edible fungus residue, etc.) to produce block fuel. The biomass pellet production process includes raw material collect,pre-process for the waste material,Pelleting,Cooling,and packaging:

1 Crushing Machine:break large pieces into small size for future process

2 Drying Machine:Remove moisture from the raw materials to facilitate pellet pressing and prevent pellets from getting moldy during storage.

3 Pelleting Machine:The ring die pellet machine presses the pellets into 6-12mm rod-shaped pellets by mechanical physical extrusion.

4 Cooling Machine:After the pellets leave the pellet machine, they need to be cooled by a cooler to reduce their temperature and remove the steam on the surface. Then, the pellets enter the screening machine to screen out qualified products.

5 Packaging Machine:The qualified biomass pellets are weighed in the pellet hopper and then enter the seam machine for packaging. The packaged pellets are usually sent to the finished product warehouse for storage to facilitate subsequent transportation.
