Repair and maintenance of waste lithium battery recycling machines

(1) The blades will lose its sharpness after being used for a long time, so it must be removed and sharpened to avoid deterioration of the machine's operating conditions.

(2) The two bearings at both ends of the main shaft are equipped with lubricating oil nozzles, which should be refueled regularly.

(3) After being used for a long time, the V-belt will stretch, and the distance between them should be adjusted to avoid reducing the transmission power.

(4) When the fragment material is a thin material such as a film, it may occasionally encounter a blockage in the middle of the crushing chamber. You can open the top door of the crushing chamber and use a small wooden stick to stir the fragments to the bottom of the chamber. Do not put your hands into the bottom of the chamber to avoid accidents.
