LMD-3MK CNC Precision Full-automatic Cutter Grinder
The machine tool is a novel precision full-automatic cutter grinder with three grinding heads,and it is independently developed,designed and manufactured by our company.Capable of precision grinding for vertical slicing cutter,it can coarsely grind, precisely grind and polish the blades, and enable the blades to reach the optimal serviceable state by precisely adjusting the cutter edge at both sides of the blade.
The whole machine adopts CNC program control,which is convenient,easy,and reliable to operate,with high degree of automation.
The machine tool adopts square linear guide rail,the top of the guide rail is arranged with an accordion-like extendable dust-proof and water-proof protection hood.The whole body adopts centralized oil supply,making the machine tool cleaner,and prolonging the service life of the guide rail.
The electromagnetic chuck is excellent in quality,durable and in line with national standard, which ensures less heat generation,great suction force and long service life.
