Common Problems and Solutions for Plastic Shredders

1 Shaft Jamming‌

Cause‌: Hard materials or overload operation.

Solution‌: Immediately shut down, reverse the shaft to remove the jammed material. If ineffective, manually clean.

2 Uneven Particle Size‌

Cause‌: Damaged or worn screen.

Solution‌: Inspect and replace the screen.

3 Abnormal Noise‌

Cause‌: Damaged bearings or unbalanced shaft.

Solution‌: Requires professional inspection.

4 Equipment Failure to Start‌

Cause‌: Power issues, unreset limit switches, motor overload, or transmission mechanism jam.
