This plastic and metal sorting machine is specially customized for plastic waste recycling scenarios, perfectly adapting to various mixed materials including waste packaging plastics, broken household plastics, plastic profile scraps, and cable plastic skins. Before material sorting, the matched magnetic removal device thoroughly removes iron impurities to avoid magnetic field interference and equipment wear. Equipped with a frequency conversion intelligent control system, operators can flexibly adjust the rotor speed and conveyor belt speed according to material particle size and mixing ratio, ensuring stable sorting effect for materials ranging from 5mm to 50mm.
