Tire Block Cutter, also known as waste tyre block cutting machine, acts as the indispensable preprocessing unit in complete scrap tire recycling lines. The equipment receives continuous rubber strips processed by tire strip cutters, and shears raw materials into uniform rubber blocks ranging from 30mm to 80mm. Standard finished block size is controlled at 50–80mm, creating standardized feedstock for all downstream processing equipment.

We provide two mature configurations of Tire Block Cutting Machine to match different project scales.

The independent type block cutter works cooperatively with tire circle cutter and tire strip cutter, with hourly capacity ranging from 800kg to 1500kg. It features compact footprint, lower investment cost and simple daily maintenance, perfectly matching small and medium-sized semi-automatic tire recycling workshops. Our integrated automatic strip & block cutting machine realizes continuous feeding of whole passenger tires and truck tires within 1200mm diameter. It automatically completes strip cutting and block forming in one station, separately discharging steel bead wire, cutting labor costs significantly.

The integrated model can handle 20–35 waste tires per hour, widely adopted in large-scale continuous tire pyrolysis plants and high-output TDF production facilities.

The core competitiveness of our Waste Tire Block Cutter lies in precise shear design. We strictly control the clearance between moving blades and fixed blades at approximately 0.1mm. This precise gap thoroughly cuts embedded steel wires inside rubber strips, avoiding long steel wire winding, material entanglement and frequent machine blockages. Blades adopt high-quality Cr12MoV / H13 alloy forged steel, with outstanding wear resistance and can be repeatedly polished for long-term service life. The overall frame uses thickened steel plate integrated welding to withstand heavy continuous shear impact. Every unit is equipped with emergency stop protection, overload protection and fully enclosed safety housing; CE certification is available for global overseas projects.
