Tire Block Cutter, also known as waste tyre block cutting machine, acts as the indispensable preprocessing unit in complete scrap tire recycling lines. The equipment receives continuous rubber strips processed by tire strip cutters, and shears raw materials into uniform rubber blocks ranging from 30mm to 80mm. Standard finished block size is controlled at 50–80mm, creating standardized feedstock for all downstream processing equipment.

The independent type block cutter works cooperatively with tire circle cutter and tire strip cutter, with hourly capacity ranging from 800kg to 1500kg. Our integrated automatic strip & block cutting machine realizes continuous feeding of whole passenger tires and truck tires within 1200mm diameter.
